At Fahlo, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are attached and the return slip is included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
